In the second half of 2021, new LG TVs will support Stadia natively. Specific models have not been confirmed, but, at launch, only webOS 6.0 will be supported. Support for webOS 5.0 will launch later in the year, which includes all LG TVs launched in 2020.
LG has also announced that their TVs later this year will support GeForce Now. Though LG did not publish a press release for this announcement, the news comes courtesy of The Verge. The only way to play GeForce Now on your TV currently is with an Nvidia Shield.
Google says that the Stadia controller will be supported for this device.
Google has not specified if other bluetooth controllers, like PlayStation or Xbox controllers, will be supported on LG TVs. We contacted Google for clarification, but they weren’t particularly helpful.
